USY
The mission of Beth El United Synagogue Youth is to involve high schooler's in social, religious, and social action activities. USYers plan events such as game nights, movie nights, ice skating, leading services, chocolate seder, a mitzvah fair and so much more.
Regionally, high schoolers from all over Connecticut and Western Massachusetts get together to have weekend conventions where the goal is to have fun being Jewish because you are surrounded by kids just like you. There are also regional dances, Boat Cruise and the best event of the year -- International Convention.
