- In Avon Center, at the traffic light just before O’Neill Chevrolet, take a left onto Old Farms Road.
- Proceed on Old Farms Road to Arch Road.
- Take a right onto Arch Road.
- Continue past St. Ann’s Cemetery to Jackson Street.
- Take a left onto Jackson Street.
- Take the right fork over the unpaved road through the wooded area to the cemetery.
- Park in the open area.
