The need for turkey donations is great this year, as there are so many in our community who risk going without a holiday meal. Thanks to your generosity last year, we were able to feed all of the families who reached out to JFS in need!

With your help we can help make Thanksgiving a holiday everyone in our community can celebrate! Last year, Beth El Temple delivered more than 320 turkeys and $8,500 to the Anja Rosenberg Kosher Food Pantry at JFS. That meant 360 families had a special Thanksgiving last year, and we are determined to help even more families this year. Please drop off a frozen KOSHER turkey on Sunday, November 24, between 9am and noon at Beth El Temple. Volunteers will collect turkeys or checks (made out to Jewish Family Services with "food pantry" in the memo). See bethelwesthartford.org for details.
