9:15 AM - 11:15 AMBeth El Temple, 2626 Albany Avenue, West Hartford, CT 06117
Please join Men’s Club for a delicious breakfast buffet, followed by a presentation by Beth El’s own Cody Bondra. A recent convert to Judaism, Cody is married to SULAM instructor Sydney Feinstein Bondra. While most of his professional roles have focused on branding and marketing, his real passion is being a singer/songwriter. He has performed at venues throughout the East Coast, including in CT, the Xfinity Theatre, the Toyota Oakdale Theater, Mohegan Sun Casino, and Toad’s Place. The acts he has played alongside include Dead & Company, Alanis Morissette, Florida Georgia Line, and country superstar Chris Young. He has also rocked out with the legendary Matchbox Twenty and had the distinct honor of performing on a bill with Sting, who was the lead singer of The Police. His diverse background includes working as a Security Supervisor for Live Nation Entertainment, being a hockey journalist for the AHL, and playing amateur hockey in his younger days.
This breakfast is sponsored by the family of Stanley Wiesen in his memory.
